A yet-to-be-built development of 61 detached condos south of Cherry Hill Rd between Sheldon Rd and Morton Taylor Rd created by S.R. Jacobson Development Corporation. Units are expected to be 1,800 to 2,300 square feet and projected to sell for $195,000 to $250,000. The planned unit development and preliminary site plan were approved by the Township Board of Trustees on April 26, 2011. [1]
